Notably, to avoid freezing the working capital, sellers need to file their returns at the right time and claim excess taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TDS and TCS on GST: Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TDS and TCS have multiple benefits as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regulated under Sections 51 and 52 of the CGST Act, the provisions of TDS and TCS act as strong measures to prevent tax evasion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the deductor files returns, it automatically reflects in the deductee\u2019s or supplier\u2019s electronic ledger.
